Wellness training is not skilled physical therapy care – Fortress PT offers individual remote wellness training.  This type of adjunct service is tailored to the individual who is looking for more 1-on-1 time with his or her physical therapist in order to improve his or her functional fitness health/lifestyle.  Specific training sessions typically include a functional warm-up, a strength/functional lifting component and then a conditioning piece.  Wellness training creates accountability and trust to make positive lifestyle changes, which then improves overall quality of life and health status.
