WELLNESS TRAINING

Wellness training is not skilled physical therapy care – Fortress PT offers both individual in-person and remote wellness training.  This type of adjunct service is tailored to the individual/group who is/are looking for more 1-on-1 time with his or her physical therapist in order to improve his or her functional fitness health/lifestyle.  Lasting between 45 to 60 minutes, specific training sessions include a functional warm-up, a strength/functional lifting component and then a conditioning workout.  Wellness training creates accountability and trust to make positive lifestyle changes, which then improves overall quality of life and health status.
